The Board consists of five members appointed by the Mayor, after confirmation by Village Council, for terms of three years each.

How the Board Decides

Policy

Interested parties will be given reasonable opportunity to present relevant evidence and testimony in support of their position.

The Board will objectively assess relevant evidence and testimony and base its decision upon the record and the application of the law.

Hearings

The Board meets on an as-needed basis. To apply for a variance, contact the Village Municipal office — a hearing will be arranged upon receipt of the completed petition, documentation and required fee.
