Reporting Street Light Outages

Recycling Bins
There are recycling bins at the Village Municipal Building, located in the parking lot at the back of the building. Please break down boxes before placing them in the bins, and do not place non-recyclable items (like Styrofoam) inside. A complete list of accepted and non-accepted items is posted on the front of the bins. If the bins are full, please do not place items on the ground next to them. The Trash, Recycling & Utilities page has the full recycling details, including collection days.

Solicitor Permit
Solicitor's Permit Form. Background checks for a solicitor's permit may be obtained through the Medina County Sheriff's Office at 330-725-6631. Note: if you are an Ohio-based company or Ohio resident, you must obtain an "Ohio BCI" check. If you are a resident from outside the State of Ohio, you must obtain both an "Ohio BCI check" and a "Federal FBI Check."
Doing Business with the Village
Companies that do business with the Village are required to complete the vendor forms. Forms should be submitted to the Fiscal Officer in order to have payments processed. For questions or additional information, call 330-887-5151.
